You are keeping my parcel and it's over two weeks now and when I call you keep on asking my email with an excuse that you could not send it on Friday blah blah...The next the thing I will here is that my parcel is missing or you waiting for Corona to hit us hard so that you can keep it for yourself and make excuses about restrictions....

My parcel arrived in Johannesburg on the 21st day of October 2020 and today is the 3rd of November I've been waiting for the tax invoice since...I've been calling (enquiring) but they don't care about their clients, I'm so disappointed by the poor service they providd

My package arrived in SA over a week ago Been waiting for them to send me a tax invoice for customs, for over a week now, I’ve called them several times and all they do is ask for my email but still haven’t sent it.
