My parcel took more than a week with aramex from Midrand to Pretoria.I had to call inorder for them to fix the error that was done by them.They have sended my parcel to Bloemfontein instead of Pretoria.Am not happy at all because the parcel was urgent and they were telling me that they don’t have a flight to bring it to its destination quickly,making their problem mine.

If there can be communication between aramex and the sender it would make service more efficient.

My parcel has been with one of you agents for 3 days now when I was told he would rerun it for another agent to deliver it. still waiting and calling for 3 days straight. Parcel was sent 08.10.2020 and today 14.10.2020. So 6 days later I can’t get my parcel. How many more days does one have to wait?
