False marketing op time period of delivery in outline area. Misleading potensial customers. App not updated with what is happening. Staff not focused on service delivery or client satisfaction.

Service is extremely poor and delivery extremely slowly. A parcel was went from Bloemfontein to Hoedspruit in Thursday 23/7/20 and has still not arrived at destination. On tracking it only shows that is was delivered in Nelspruit in 24/7. No further information available. I'm very disappointed in you. Actually you deserve ZERO stars.
