No update on parcels and so late I'm waiting a month now for my parcel bad service
What a poor service, I'm so disappointed. My clients have been waiting for delivery for more than 2weeks now.I hate you Aramex , you have ruined my business
Very unhappy. It took 7 working days to deliver my overnight parcel. Up to now I did not even get a response to my complaint that I logged. I had to phone them 5 times and everytime it took me 15 to 20 min on the phone just to get promises that didnt happen. Eventually after the 5th phone call my package was delivered. Next time I will rather spend a bit more money on a courier service and use a different company. I understand with covid19 everything takes longer but its the empty promises I cant stand!
Been waiting for my parcel since 10 June it's been at the sitting facility with no movement I call and they take forever to answer and when they do answer I'm told it's out for delivery, there are no updates whatsoever zero . I'm really disappointed with their service. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Nonsense!!! How can I pay for next day service and still not have it delivered after 3 weeks. The service is awful and when you give them a call no resolution is provided. A bunch of sorries is what they can offer. I am never using Aramex again!
Wish I read the reviews before using this courier. Expected my parcel to be delivered by today as per the Aramex website. As per the tracking, my parcel left the destination hub at 9am this morning and has been on the road with the delivery van for almost 12 hours. Delivery Address under 15km from the destination hub. Will use a more reliable courier like DHL, RAM or Postnet Etc
Been waiting for my delivery since Sunday. I called and the service is very poor I had to wait to be transferred for 5:50 minutes until my phone went off. Never again use your services never.
